SURFCAM
SURFCAM is Hampel’s mainstay in enabling our 5-axis CNC trimming equipment to precisely trim your thermoformed product to specification. This Windows based software provides our programmers the ability to easily convert a part model of various import formats to an actual trim program, downloadable to any one of our numerous CNC’s.

Power Inspect
The Power Inspect software that we incorporate allows our quality assurance team to provide complete inspection of your product utilizing our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). We can provide complete ISIR, Capability studies or PPAP’s to ensure your parts meet the specifications required on a consistent basis. Maintaining our ISO 9001:2000 standards is another example of Hampel’s dedication to quality.

CNC Trimming
Hampel incorporates the latest in 5-axis and 6-axis CNC technology. Our state-of the art equipment along with the software packages described, allow us to maintain the quality and consistency that is essential in producing product to your specifications. The flexibility within our CNC trimming equipment enables us to successfully trim to specification, parts of various sizes, materials and tolerance requirements. Slots, holes and perimeter trims at any angle can all be accommodated with our precision CNC equipment.
